{Party Themes} Dance and Twirl with a Special Little Girl

Today I’m thrilled to feature a very sweet party by Emily from Candy Couture.

She wanted all things sweet and all things pretty just like her daughter, Amani, and I think she accomplished just that.

The theme, Dance and Twirl with a Special Little Girl,  was brought to life with ballerinas …

… blooms and lots of tulle.

The cupcakes were decorated with handmade paper ballerinas embellished with pearls and tulle.

The glass beverage dispenser is filled with raspberry lemonade …

… and little glass milk bottles are decorated with tulle floral embellishments and pink and white striped straws to serve.

The Cake has more beautiful flowers and Swarovski crystals.

Favors were customized Lindt chocolate bars complete with a tulle flower. How pretty!

Sweets included vanilla macaroons, raspberry & white chocolate tarts, strawberry truffles …

… strawberries & cream jelly in little glass pots with wooden spoons tied on with twine and …

… skewered strawberries and marshmallows. How fun are these?

This party has so many pretty details and such a sweet little birthday girl!

Thank you Emily for sharing your special party with us!

{Party Themes} Pink Vintage Cinderella Party -part 2

I am really happy that so many of you liked the Pink Cinderella Party we featured a couple of days ago.  With all the interest I thought you might want to see some more of it.  This party has so many wonderful ideas to it.

For those of you who are seeing it for the first time take a close look-sey!  Dear Lillie really did capture the vintage feel.

For the dinner table she made a paper cake centerpiece.  It’s made from folding scrapbooking paper and plain ol’ copy paper. Yep, you heard me right.  So very clever and pretty!

Here’s the paper cake  on the table…

.

Here’s another shot of it. Don’t you just love it on the cake stand?

Above the beautiful serving table she crafted her daughters initial for a wall hanging.  Although she didn’t give the detailed how-to,  she did say it took several cupcake liners and a little bit of time.  (you can imagine) but so worth it.

It’s so frilly and feminine.

The gift packages were even given such wonderful attention as well. Wouldn’t you love to receive these gifts?

Me too!

Thanks again to Dear Lillie for this wonderful party!

If you are seeing this for the first time be sure to check out our other post on this party here.
