I’m a little late with this post but I figured better late than never. I hope you all had a nice Mother’s Day. I sure did!
You know, the ideal day to me is spending time with my hubby and 3 kids. This year, my son Rob, is away at college and couldn’t be with us because of finals and I really missed him but I will be seeing him soon.
I was pleasantly surprised when I woke up Sunday morning (Mother’s Day) and went downstairs to the kitchen.
My hubby had surprised me with pink roses. I quickly put them in my favorite pitcher. I think it’s a nice option to a vase.
My sweet daughters, Kristin & Kaitlin, got up early and made delicious blueberry muffins for our breakfast. Boy were they delicious! It’s such a treat when someone else does the cooking, isn’t it?
The table looked so pretty with pink being the color choice and my favorite color. It’s a girl thing happening in our house. Sorry guys!
My hubster and daughters know how I like mimosa’s on special occasions. Yes, a little champagne and orange juice. And they even purchased pink champagne. That’s my girls!
Thanks sweet family for my Mother’s Day surprise! I’m so very blessed to have all of you! I hope your day was full of blessings, too!
